1. Booking & Deposits

Appointments require a valid card on file and a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits

are non-refundable. New extension and major color clients must complete a consultation

prior to service booking.

2. Cancellations & Lateness

Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid applicable fees.

Late Arrivals: Arrivals past a 10-minute grace period may require rescheduling and could incur a late fee.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment results in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit and you will be barred from future booking.

3. Service Adjustments & Refunds

Please report any technical service concerns within 24 hours so we can review them.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and remain strictly up to the discretion of the

situation and the stylist.

4. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a relaxing, focused environment, please arrive unaccompanied unless prior

arrangements have been made
